We have been a bright steps family for over 6 years. We briefly moved to another centre when we left the area but quickly moved back as we couldn't find a centre that compared. It was worth the daily commute. Bright steps is so thoroughly clean, the educators are always in close contact via their app which is updated daily so we can track what our children are doing, their communication is second to none and it feels like home. Our children both struggle being left workout us but at bright steps they feel at home and every drop off is seamless because they feel safe and happy.

Highly recommend this center. Professional, clean and educational. Activities for children are well thought out to provide variety and a sound foundation to education and learning. Staff are dedicated, friendly and always create a lovely environment for my children.
Very impressed with this center. My eldest child attended for 4 years which included Kinder and my youngest child is in his 4th year, completing Kinder. The staff are wonderful, professional and care for your child's individual needs and quirks. I work in the Health sector and come across many child care facilities, Bright Steps in Altona North is definitely a leader in all aspects.
Fantastic friendly centre, we had both our kids here and both received amazing care. Friendly caring staff, great activities & great food! Couldn't recommend enough!
Really nice intimate child care center. Lovely staff that really care for your childs development, and also making sure they feel safe, loved and included while in their care.
