I've spent a fair amount of time in Alice over the last decade for both work and pleasure. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Lennie and her team spoil you rotten and the accommodation is clean, quiet, and has everything you need. THANK YOU!!!

LARGE CLEAN ROOMS WITH IN-ROOM KITCHENETTE The hotel is about 15 minutes walk (not advised in the middle of a hot day!) from town centre. It's more a family / tourist type accommodation than a business hotel. No onsite restaurant. YOu can order a breakfast pack (raw eggs, bacon, cereals etc) that you cook for yourself. If you have young kids with you, a car is a must to get yo to the places you want to go. Internet is OK for simple browsing ( 1.5Mbs up and down) but will struggle if you are uploading / downloading files. Reception staff friendly. If you arrive before your room is available, you'll have to sit in the small reception area as there is nowhere nearby to hang out, so I'd advise calling ahead to see if room is ready.

Great value for money. We slept here two nights when we went to do some visits in the Western Mc area and surrounding. Having a nice serviced apartment proved the perfect choice. Pool is small but we did not really have time for it. Location is convenient and quiet.

The facilities, room and laundry services were clean and tidy. However the low review was due to poor customer service. The reception staff were impersonal, did not smile and spoke too quickly. It came across that they have been working here a long time and were on autopilot reeling off all the information at check in and chck out in one breath. For someone with hearing loss it was impossible to understand them. Even when asked to clarify some points they did not stop or apologise. One staff just stared at me blankly and repeated the same thing in a very quick manner. Another staff member appeared to be distracted and attending to another task not facing me whilst talking to me. Due to the unprofessional and lack of interest in customer service , I will not be staying again despite good facilities . On an unrelated note : The hotel is also quite far from the main strip of shops.

Room was dusty, bed was poorly made each day, no tea towel for the first 2 days No tissues, hard to get a parking spot. Water in kitchen would not get hot, I think the tap was the issue.
