The park it self is very neat and tidy, pool is lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cabin, it was clean but on the worn down side. Cabin has a very funny layout, small but comfortable.

Having never stayed in Alice Springs before, we chose to camp at Heritage and glad we did. To start with the managers Brad & Hannah are very welcoming and friendly and on a few occasions spoke with Brad about places to visit, locations and road conditions, thanks so much. We stayed for 4 days on a nice grassed site in front of the Camp kitchen, a nice spot. They have heaps of room for any traveller with good, grassed area with powered sites through to the Bush camping out the back and they also have some rooms for your stay. Throw in a pool and an off lead area as well for your pooch, by the way there were a few Dogs about and your nearly set. Had no issues with the amenities all tidy & cleaned daily and after exploring the West Macs it was great at days end to have a nice hot shower. The Camp kitchen has heaps of room, tables, chairs, hot plate, microwave and as we saw gets used daily. Overall this was a great place to base yourself and explore and will easily call in again when I travel through next time.
Well run caravan park, helpful management and staff. Clean, safe and a great pool. Pet friendly. We stayed with two dogs for over 2 weeks due to a mechanical failure and management went out of their way to help. Highly recommended
A Bit Run down, but Pet Friendly. Reasonably Priced. Amenties Need an upgrade but still usable. Someone Stole My Spare Wheel Cover on the Last Day, and the manager just said 'Yeah well that happens'. Also I rang to let let other travellers that the Stuart HWY was Closed due to an Accident, but later found out that the msg wasn't passed on, which I thought was a bit negligent on the Office Girl's Behalf. Other than that it was OK.
Great dog friendly park. Friendly staff. The only downside was the children doing hotlaps on scooters around the dongas after school had finished.
Nice caravan park close to town, stayed a few days in the bushland setting. Was nice and quiet apart from the flies but it's summer you get that.
Nice grassy/shady sites. Amenities a little old but clean. Would definitely stay again. Felt safe here.
Pet friendly and we got a nice shady spot. Camp kitchen, pool (shaded portion) and amenities all appreciated. Laundry and dog wash also available. Nearly forgot the awesome off leash dog run area. Will stop by here again.
