How can you review a place that doesn't even answer their phones so you can make an appointment? It's been a week of trying to make an appointment. I was on hold for so long 3 times that the line cut out. I have left my number twice for 'a staff member to call you back' and still nothing!? Absolutely disgusting, this is the only imaging place that I can book due to work commitments and they don't even answer their phones

We had our first pregnancy ultrasound here in late 2019. I have been meaning to leave a review ever since. The staff were incredibly kind and sensitive throughout the whole experience.

It was my first pregnancy scan and the sonographer printed us a bunch of photos which was great. I got in the SECOND we walked through the door which has never happened in my life so that was also good. The sonographer asked about 15 questions about if I’d had terminations/stillbirths etc. and said it’s general and they need to ask which was fine...until I got the medical report and not a single remark about any of the things asked to me were mentioned on the medical file for my GP - so I don’t know what the point of that all was now? We had also tried to pre empt some awkward conversations with a call and non consent form which weren’t passed along to the sonographer so that communication between the front desk and the people doing the scans could improve.

I was been told they will send an SMS 48 Hours before my appointment date. Which I didn't received. So I just called to re-confirm my appointment time. Receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and cold. I don't think she wants to be there at all.

Always difficult to deal with. The staff are always the most difficult and pompous group of frustrated medical receptionists. There is no real help offered here. I will not be using them regardless of getting the referral on their letterhead. Make the right choice and go somewhere else.

The medical student/intern from USYD who took my Chest X-Ray today was beyond amazing. He was very polite, courteous and accommodating. Management, I don't know his name but if u r reading this, he was wearing a white USYD uniform shirt underneath a black jacket and a black trouser, wearing a blue medical mask, he served me at around 2:45PM, I think he is of asian descent, just check ur CCTV or something. Give him an A evaluation! The reception lady who served me at the reception was also very polite and have a friendly demeanour. I got in and out pretty quick even though they were quite busy.
