We have long used Florabelle and their associated companies due to their quality, curation aesthetic and stock availability. I would suggest the negative reviews are coming from people expecting a retail experience for once off purchases from a wholesaler. The company is well respected in their industry and I can only assume the negative comments come from misunderstandings
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very poor customer service, no one knows what they are talking about. They have absolutely no concern for the customer which to me is so strange seeing as they are a retail business. Every order i have placed with them has been a hassle. I'm owed money from them and they haven't contacted me in weeks to process the refund. Its a shame because they have some great items. Overall, this company continuously disappoints.. they are consistent, ill give them that!
Organisational problems start at the very top with Glenn sepel and flow all the way down. Poor quality products and rude service staff are only the beginning....
Waste of time if you’re buying for your home. Got there and was told that their artificial plants cost 2x for retail customers (not disclosed on their website btw). Complete ripoff as better quality is available elsewhere at their ‘wholesale’ price.
