I pulled in here to pick up my mate, who works for a multi million dollar demolition company. I parked to the side out of the way, one of the workshop staff came running out, just to yell at me and tell me to park in the lines. Zero customer service, could of been done nicely. Maybe there’s a few to many people in the workshop if they have time to worry about parking?
Shelley is awesome! From start to finish her customer service was stellar. Contrary to the last review, I found the communication, as far as pricing and pickup, to be very clear. I had an issue with the generator being unable to handle the load I was needing. We had a conversation prior to the sale about which generator was appropriate - and 3 KVA ended up not being enough. I explained my problem at drop off and was given a refund. All very painless and easy! Will definitely be renting from this location again.
Absolutely feel ripped off by Coates hire. Went to Alexandria to hire a scaffold to be delivered to a job at Surry Hills. I was ok with the payment for a minimum of one week hire even though I only needed it for one day. Checked my bank statement a week later to find out Coates had made another withdrawal from my credit card for 121 for pick up, on top of the initial 308. What a joke, why wasn't this explained at the start. Cost me well over 400.00 for a days hire, never ever again Coates. I'm giving one star as zero is not an option.
