Hands down the best experience I have had with a tradesperson in Sydney. Matt was an absolute legend. On time, with a great amount of professionalism and his detailed approach to explaining the problem, solution and things to look out for the in future was worth every cent. Usually I get nervous being ignorant on this subject matter and worry about being taken advantage of, but that was not an issue here. This is a rock star team. I can't say enough good things about Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical, if you're looking for AC repairs in the Inner West, look no further, this team is great.

Great customer service. Called them due to a breakdown with my a/c. I took the first available appointment. Their tech (Matthew) called me before attendance to confirm I was at home. He listened to my description of the problem. He found the fault within minutes. Offered to repair the issue straightaway. My a/c was back up and running within 20 minutes of his attendance. Well done. Couldn't be happier with Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical.
Ben Rafferty Air booked our installation date seamlessly, they arrived bang on time, were clean, efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything except let them in. Cant speak highly enough of their service. No complaints from me.

This is our second air conditioner installed by Ben rafferty air & electrical and both installations have been excellent. From the initial inspection and quote to the installation all have been conducted in.a very professional manner. The work ethics of all involved are to be commended. I highly recommend.
Excellent job has been done in timely manner. It's not easy to get the air conditioners installed in my apartment because of its tricky structure. I got assessments from three different companies which can't do the job before finding Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical.
WOW i have used Ben Rafferty before and was impressed, this time they were even better if that was possible. Seriously amazing service and the installers were BRILLIANT. I know they are always a little busy but they are worth the wait
