Inexperienced driver who missed a turn and decided to reverse his large coach bus full of passengers into my car at a high speed whilst I had a baby inside my car. He did not even check if there was any traffic behind him neither did he put on any hazard lights on or indicate to passerby’s that he was intending to reverse his large coach bus. He had his window open and we were beeping so hard for him to stop and he just ignored us. After I had approached the driver, he then told me “wait here for me while I go and drop these passenger off and I’ll come back”. I can’t believe how negligent, carefree and unprofessional someone could be. When I contacted the owner of the business “Joe”, I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional he was acting like he didn’t want to know anything about the incident nor did he want to provide any details of insurance or admit his poorly trained driver was at fault. He tried to talk over me while I was trying to explain to him what had happened but didn’t even allow me to try and even get a word in. Joe is an absolute FRAUD! His driver explained to him what had happened then he wrote out a complete different scenario on paper and made him sign it before he sacked him of his job. He then told the insurance company his made up lie of a story which they then laughed at because the photos provided clearly stated otherwise. After the whole ordeal, Joe had the audacity to tell my husband to tell me to stop defaming his company with my review but Its Not deformation when it’s the actual honest truth. Joe may be able to speak & treat his staff like rubbish, but I will not allow anyone to speak over me especially when I’m in the right.

Excellent staff. Excellent company. Nothing is too much for these people to keep customers happy. Ignore the negative review on here. You can tell by her long winded, irrelevant review that she is an entitled, self absorbed B.
