Was allocated a Smoke filled cab at Sydney domestic, had the rudest driver who would go the way I suggested as his way is longer (I travel the route 4-5 days a week!!), heard the "I've been a taxi driver for 20 years" story. Had to tell him to drive faster... sitting on 45-50 in a 60 zone at 9:00p on a Saturday night - no traffic. Apple Taxi service on this occasion ripped me off... Uber will be considered in the future

I got a Apple Cab in the line at the Sydney International Airport, on the 9th April and it will be the last time I use this Company. The customer experience that I have just had has just ruined my out look on your company. The Taxi Drivers customer service skills was shocking. I have just downloaded the Uber app and will no longer be using your services EVER again.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Took an apple taxi (Very rude Indian driver) from the airport to a very close suburb and the taxi driver got angry that it was a trip that was too close. When we arrived at the destination, he did not help with huge bags and was using abusive and foul language. A normal 15 minute trip would cost 25 dollars but he lied and made it 50 dollars and said "what is wrong with you" multiple times when we tried to give him change instead of a 50 note. Abusive, horrendous customer service and rips you off. Please do not use apple taxis. Shame on you
Pretty terrible experience, driver didn't know downtown sydney whatsoever, he had a problem with a diversion due to road works. When I went past the point where I was picked up from for the 3rd time I asked the driver to reset the 18 dollar meter which he did (After quite a heated debate) took 35 mins for a 9 minute journey, could of walked it quicker. Would avoid this company in the future.
I would like to thank most sincerely the Apple taxis driver who helped me very generously with directions on Saturday night at Olympic Park in the rain and confusion of the Rugby traffic. ,at about 6:45. I didn't get his name but he was gracious and went out of his way to help. Thank you kind gentleman.
Taxi driver AS 4739 over charge me for a short between Sydney Airport and Mascot, when I question about the over charges taxi driver begin swearing with abusive language. I submitted complaint to the Apple Taxi and no one have got back to me. I don't suggest anyone to use this company service to avoid being cheated, plenty of other taxi company around to choose from.

Driver at Jamison Street taxi rank, Sydney, refused to take myself and 2 colleagues to Ultimo as it rained cats and dogs around us because he had been waiting for half an hour for a good fare and our fare was too short. This is the second time a driver of this brand has refused my fare because it was too short. Is it any wonder that the world turns to Uber, Lyft, Shebah etc?
