Door was installed incorrectly and was only informed when the builder pointed it out to me, Rapid Glass being a professional installer of glass doors would have realised there was a very big issue with install but did it and just left anyway. Security screens that were manufactured were the incorrect size. Poor communication including arriving to my house unnannounced and letting themselves straight into my backyard to finish door install after delivering the wrong size screens.
