We paid full price to see under half a show.... We waited for hours in 42 degree heat like absolute troopers, only to be drenched and sent home. Some of us traveled hours, paid money for buses, accommodation etc. and now you're fobbing us off to shows no one wants to see. You promised another show we all heard you! If you can not deliver on this promise, you owe us a refund. Absolute joke!
Had a horrible experience liaising with Denise Dysylva - I strongly recommend HR initiate some form of internal review. If you want a progressive and positive culture that’s focused around your clients, maybe avoid arrogant and obnoxious personalities fronting your business.
