The kids had swimming lessons here and the teachers they had were fabulous. They also enjoyed the free swim afterwards but the pool was usually quite crowded. Change rooms were just OK and whenever I tried the showers they were cold. The main thing to know, as others have said, is be very careful you’re not overcharged especially when you need to cancel a direct debit.

It needs an upgrade. I paid 50 for my 4 kids and I with use of the slide. Only thing that slightly bugs me is my younger kids only went down the slide once or twice so maybe they can do cheaper prices for younger kids that won't use it as much. Also the deepest pool is waste deep. Would be nice if the only deep pool (lap pool) was open to public, especially during holiday season.

We were members of the gym and took our daughter for her first swimming lessons here. The swim teacher Blanche is amazing! Unfortunately the poor customer service, the random debits from our account - that weren’t able to be identified and the lack of gym facilities and classes have caused us to cancel everything. When questioning why there were extra debits From my account I was made to feel as if I was being a bother which is unacceptable. I see from other reviews I’m not the first to find the customer service on reception terrible.

Great spot. Plenty off street parking. Lit up after dark. There is a full gym on site. Coffee shop has decent hot chips otherwise very minimal option does have a nice pergola area with tables and chairs. Plenty of space around the pool to drop your gear under shade. Changerooms are clean and tidy with endless free HOT showers. There is an awesome waterside that costs extra if you want to go on it, lots of fun.

Awesome trainers in Coaching Zone, especially Pete, also some talented swimming coaches that are great with the little ones. It’s a shame the service, or lack of provided by the rest of the club is a let down to my experience as a member. From overcharging my account and not having a clue what the extras chargers were for, to sending me overdue payments letters when we are all up to date with our payments, to leaving our personal credit card information written on a piece of paper and left on reception desk for anyone to see. Oh and let’s not forget the 30 day cancellation policy to get out. Poor customer experience over and over again from the club, no wonder they are losing more and more members each day. Let’s hope feedback is taken on board this time and actually rectified, as it seems it’s a growing trend of late with no change seen by many locals who have attended over the recent months. This club has so much potential, It’s 2021, time to look around and look around what others are doing and get with the time, service and product offering is everything. You have lost three members.

I've been frequently attending this pool for over 10 years. It's always an outstanding place to swim. Facilities and pool kept very clean. 8-16 lanes to chose from ranging from 25-50m depending on the day. You'll be hard pressed to be swimming in the same lane with another person!

I unfortunately didn't listen to other people and I became a member of this centre. I now have regrets but after forking out a 100 joining fee I don't want to change gyms. I was told so many negative opinions and I wish I listened! The staff are rude and very blunt. They constantly over charge me and they make it feel like the biggest effort to correct like it's my fault and I have even had them roll their eyes at me, for something they're doing wrong! They need to pull they're hands in and employ staff who actually want to be there. The place has potential but is definitely let down by the staff members on the front desk! Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place!
