ABSOLUTE RIPP OFF. Only concerned about taking your money. I have found out some interesting info. I took out the boat on the water once since I had it serviced by these GUYS in 1 whole year and found out by my new service mechanic the colour of the oil and overall condition of my engine that A&J did absolutely nothing on my 800 rip off service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THESE RIP OFF SO CALLED MECHANICS.

The lady at the front desk is helpful and friendly, however, I have found the mechanic (which I can only assume to be the owner) to be an undesirable character. He is rude, impatient, unhelpful and not at all willing to spend time to provide advice or tips to me about my JetSki. The fact that this is my only Kawasaki dealership nearby is so disappointing. Would rather travel significant distances to see someone with a positive attitude and helpful nature to assist me with my servicing and performance queries. From my own experience, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this business. I received such poor customer service and there was no display of any communication or interpersonal skills. I felt as though he wasn’t willing to spend his “precious time” with a potentially long-term customer. Response: not once did I ask for a lesson as to how to service my ski. Wanting to buy products to be able to maintain my JetSki between services and not wanting to be helped about how I should care for my JetSki is poor service. Being an authorised Kawasaki dealer, I find this a real shame. I take my JetSki and buy the products I need elsewhere and have received steller service and advice from a team who want me to have the best Kawasaki experience 10/10 would NOT recommend
