I used Bradmac for heating and cooling installation for a house renovation. They were recommended by my builder and I noted the many positive reviews. I am obviously unlucky as my experience was not at all positive. They ordered the wrong unit and installed it in the wrong place. They ducted installation was not done correctly and had to be redone. There are too many points to mention in this one review. I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

I called in to get a quote. I was trying to compare quotes from providers with good reviews hence I called them. When I said that their quote is much higher than anyone else I have spoken to for the same configuration, I was told (very rudely) that I should go to one of the other ones. I wanted to talk thinking maybe I didn't explain well what I wanted hence such a big difference in price but the sales rep wasn't interested to talk. What a rude person to be put in sales. It made my decision easy, not to go with these guys.

This is an early review for their exceptional customer service and knowledge. I have dealt with andrew and he has been exceptional in explaining me about the systems and which system should i go for. I am going with actron 19kw with Bradmac which will get installed once my house will be built. They are reasonably priced as well. Hopefully installation will be as good and smooth as their price and service is. Fingers crossed :) :)

During the recent lockdown in Melbourne, I called Bradmac in a panic as my elderly father’s heating system had stopped working. The Service Department went above and beyond to assist by organising a technician to attend and repair the system within two hours of my call. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Bradmac team. The technician on site followed COVIDSafe protocols and the report I received on completion of the works was extremely detailed. Bradmac were recommended to me by a friend who has used them for his heating and cooling since the early 90s and based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending them too.

I recently used Bradmac to supply and install a number of Mitsubishi Electric split heating and cooling systems at my home. Brett in Sales, Donna in Accounts and Thomas in Operations were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The installation crew arrived on time, followed COVID protocols and completed their work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Bradmac. Thank you

Dealing with Brett about something I knew nothing about was an absolute pleasure. I went back numerous times for several different quotes on various aircon units and he explained again and again what each unit would do for the space that we were trying to cool. His advice was invaluable which made our decision making easy. We settled for an ActronAir unit that was installed early this February. Not only were the installers professional and efficient, they worked clean and tidy with minimal disruption to our household. Arrangements were also made by Bradmac for the disposal of our existing unit which was gone within a couple of days from our naturestrip. The unit itself is also very quiet. The only noise that is present is the air filter inside the house. And, even then it's not a major concern as it was installed into the hallway which doesn't disrupt anyone. Payment was very relaxed, I wasn't hounded to pay up as soon as the job was completed. They gave me a few days to organise myself, and even then I had to call them to confirm the balance that was due. I contacted them not knowing anything about them or airconditioning units. No personal recommendations , no recommendation of their workmanship or knowledge of their existence, just a simple google search for local aircon installers. And they delivered on excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Bradmac.
