Terrible Customer Service. Purchased a Guess bag for my partner within a month the leather is tearing from contact with the zip. I approached Beautiful Bags to see what could be done and all the support I was given was a mobile number of the "supplier" which I had to follow up myself. I would expect this buying online but hardly from a retail outlet.
