This is definitely an oversell. We did 2 snorkelling spots that were honestly at 500m from one another, I wouldn’t consider that 2 distinct spots. And the first snorkelling spot was a joke. There was only dead coral, no life whatsoever. The second was good. We never went to the boats « private » atoll as advertised, and we didn’t even see any white sand beaches as advertised. Lastly, we only truly sailed for 45 mins on the entire 5 hours. So I have to say that I was truly disappointed with this experience. The ONLY reason I’m putting 3 stars is because the crew were great. Friendly, kind, helpful and insightful.

A full day spent on the water wind swept and participating in the prep of the yacht. The team provided interesting information about the boat,the types of fish and coral that you would expect to see. We saw lots of both,was fed well and slowly ambled back after a wonderful day out. This was one of the best experiences we as a family had during our stay here at airlie beach.

This was a great water activity. We had previously enjoyed a tall ship experience in the Bay of Islands NZ, so this was an easy choice. Staff were great, experienced & very friendly. We visited local pristine beaches, enjoyed great views of the area and did some local reef snorkling (although we might hesitate doing this side activity now given recent local teeth hazards). Take something warm regardless of the weather and a spray jacket. Our trip caught a lot of people unaware and ill-prepared (ie they had a brass monkey moment once we were sailing out amongst the islands!)
What a great day. Cruising the beautiful ocean with the most fantastic crew of girls. The snorkeling experience was brilliant. Highly recommended.
Wow, just wow. Gorgeous day on the water, fantastic staff, superb snorkeling and lots of time for it, great buffet and snacks. The sailing was exciting and a tad scary for a novice but totally worth it! 6 stars!
