Booking through their online system is easy. Pick up was on time and Jason who set my expectation right on the day of the jump because of possible weather disruption. It took about 54mins to get from Airlie beach to the jumping location. When we arrived, the sky cleared up and wind claimed down. Chris who is the instructor took me up and did the jump. It was awesome and the view was spectacular up from the sky looking down the shore and the field. Thanks Jason did a pre jump demonstration to let me know what to expect when opening the plane door. The post jump video production is very good and well done. The pictures and video option is a must. All staff are very friendly and caring. Thanks for the nice lady to give us a smooth ride back to town. I recommend everyone to give them a try!

Horrendous! A complete and utter rip off. We requested a beach landing as they claim to be the only providers in the area. This request went ignored and instead we got fields. We also paid for 14000ft and the instructors completely evaded any questions about our height on the day of the jump actually stating they didnt know....worrying. We later checked our video and can see we jumped from only 10000ft, when I questioned this with their so called customer service, i simply received a series of copied and pasted extracts from their terms and conditions without actually addressing my questions or concerns. Their only excuse is the wording "up to 14000ft" but were unable to give me a reason of why we were given a below altitude jump. We requested a refund due to not receiving the service paid for without reason and this was denied. We also requested a refund for our photo package given that it was sold without mention of a below altitude jump....again refused. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Not friendly reception. And they even told me I had a beginner jumping with me which is not very comforting to a first time skydiver. And the guy who jumped with me was really unprofessional who did a terrible videoing and with bad angel of view and really short video. I noticed that because me and my friends went together and their video are way longer than mine and the guys were talking to them having good conversation while filming. And my guy who apparently don’t know what to say cuz all the sentence he started to say was” welcome to skydive. Are you excited?” For like 5 times and no more other words. The worst part was not just how scary when the staff told me he was a beginner and not being professional. It was while we were flying he kept PUSHING my head with his chin which made me really uncomfortable while I was flying and tried to enjoy the view. NEVER GO TO THEM. If you do. Wish you luck..
