I've been buying from Teds for numerous amount of years and they have helped me a lot when I first started photography. Staff members are super friendly and willing to help you if you're confused on what to buy (since there's so many camera options in the market). The store is very spacious and well laid out - super easy to navigate.

The service I received today from Adelaide Store Manager Darren was sensational. I spoke to Darren earlier in the week and he explained that Ted’s were now offering a trade in facility. I wanted to upgrade to the Canon 5D Mark IV and the ability to trade my Canon 7D Mark II made the jump affordable and so much easier. Loving the new camera. Thanks Darren you have a new loyal customer. New camera day!
