I bought a Yamaha MT03 brand new from Peter Stevens. Very professional and honest advice received from the beginning. Mark and Sergio are very helpful and very client orientated. They have a wide range of motorcycles, scooters, hey skis and also accessories. Worth a look. Good luck!

An attractive assortment for bike nuts to ponder over,be it used or new bikes. I'm very pleased with the help and support we received with the purchase of a new Triumph Bonneville from Mark. His good product knowledge allowed us to find the best fit for us. The only problem for new bike buyers is the effect of covid 19 on the supplies. Place your orders early.
I'm really disappointed that I have to rate Peter Stevens so low. The customer service (upstairs in particular) is next to none. Kindly asking for help seemed like an effort for the staff that worked there. They were rude and dismissive. I have resorted to shopping online now and going elsewhere in Adelaide which is sad because I have bought my previous bike and all my gear from Peter Stevens. I hope Peter Stevens do read these reviews and take the feedback constructively.
Took my bike in for a service and they did an exceptional job, that said i brought it in first thing and took all day much longer than they said it would take and cost more than they said it would. Staff were okay but it was first thing and last minute i dealt with them, but good guys and knowledgeable.
Not bad. Decent range. Service was slow, seemed to be short staffed. Quick to suggest we try over the road at Harley Heaven rather than spend more time with us.
Went in today to enquire about buying a new Yamaha. Approached the staff and asked about availability and price, the guy didn't show much interest so I talked about the bike's features a bit to show I was genuine, hard to get any info and no attempt to get me to buy a bike from there. Someone else will be making easy money coz I won't be buying anything from Peter Stevens motorcycles.
If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. This store poorly operates with poor customer service and they don't even handle complaints, you just get ignored. I've spent too much money here in the past and won't be back.
Customer service is non existent. In the shop for a good 20 minutes and not one one person asked if I needed help. Walked out and bought a helmet elsewhere. This is not he first time this has happened , in fact from going in to look at buying a bike or accessories it's pretty much always the same bad service, sales people looking at you than just looking away as if you're not worth the time of day. Will never waste my time in this place again
