I loved this dress so much! There are so many amazing dresses and beautiful outfits to choose from and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Defiantly recommend going here if you need a nice dress for a special occasion. Prices are also very affordable!

Worst service I have received in a while. Been here a few times - every time the same sales assistant has been working, always on her phone and did not even speak to me when I walked in for my appointment. I am not the one to usually complain but it felt very discouraging shopping for a dress here today. Atmosphere is very awkward and both sales assistants did not care at all and were extremely passive aggressive. I did not bother to hire a dress as I felt uncomfortable and will be telling others my experience as it has happen three times now.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at ONS. I had walked in with high expectations in regards to wonderful customer assistance. However, the ladies working here were far from wonderful. As I entered the atmosphere of the shop was not welcoming. No effort was made from them to help me find an outfit and for this reason I did not hire a dress. My experience left me dissatisfied and I no longer would hire from here.

I hired my 21st outfit from Adelaide one night boutique, and I had the best experience. The girls were super helpful and the process was very easy, and I absolutely loved my outfit! Cant recommend high enough!

I loved my dress!! Thank you to the girls at the store in Adelaide who were able to help me alter my dress - I needed my dress for a last minute event and it was delivered to me super fast. I had a great time with the dress (Eloise Gown) and received so many compliments :)) Thank you!!

Took my daughter there yesterday in search for a year 12 Formal dress. There was a good collection of dresses It's a shame the staff member was not very friendly or helpful. Considering we were the only 2 in the store with an appointment she didn't seem too interested in talking to us or helping my daughter find a dress, she spent more time on her phone. I expected her to be more involved. However my daughter did find a dress that she liked and the owner of the store was really nice, she rang us to apologise and has offered to make up for it. looking forward to hiring the dress later in May.
