Pricey but the best salted caramel iced latte I've ever had. Mum ordered Belgium hot choc waffles and was also not disappointed. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth!

️ Good drinks. Their orange hot chocolate and Affogatos are delicious Cozy place to dine in. Friendly staff. and their chocolate biscuits are ’close’ from the authentic artisan chocolates you can find in Switzerland& Belgium

Ordered Hazelnut hot chocolate with 3pcs nutty chocolate set, taste good, waiting time for me is approx 28minutes from placing order, nice environment, great for hanging out with friends or a date

Up market chocolate, very nicely packaged. Like, 6 chocolates for 20. Good coffee if you just want to sit. I had an iced coffee, 9 but it was good, not huge, but great flavour. My wife had the Australian smoked coffee and it was amazing.

We used to love Koko Black,best Hot Chocolate Light meals and Coffee The level of service isn't what it was You used to get table service ,nice chilled water and glasses instantly and the staff would promote instore specials Now you line up to order ,hope someone hasn't taken your table and then your drinks and food don't get served together. Have had a ask twice now where's our food part of the order In Rundle Mall the booths are cracked ,the floor was dirty,the tables not wiped down,disappointing

The second time dining here and both times were great experiences. On this particular occasion, the service was very friendly and there is nothing to fault with the drinks ordered. The only negative was my friend did not receive her cookie she ordered, but this was resolved easily. The store has a lot of space for dining indoors, outdoors and even lots of space upstairs which I prefer since it is a more relaxing setting. Even though chocolates and desserts are their specialty, I like how they have savory menu options too.

Amazing hot chocolates and affogato! I got the nutty deal which came with three delicious creamy nut-based chocolates. I will definitely be back again. There's great secluded seating upstairs.
