We went into the Greyhound Terminal today in order to book a ticket to Alice Springs and back We were met by a most pleasant and helpful lady called Nina ( I'm sorry I do not have her surname) who assisted us in such a professional and pleasing way that we just had to bring her to your attention. She is truly an asset to your establishment and We shall be grateful if you would pass our sincere thanks to her. Thank you, Pierre and Erinoula Patiniott

Good morning, we had two reservations on the Greyhound service n GX850 scheduled on 27/12 which Greyhound unilaterally cancelled. As we had commitments in Adelaide we continued our trip from Coober Pedy to Adelaide on 26/12. This unilateral and to date not yet justified decision by Greyhound Australia caused us several financial, time and productivity losses, as per the definition of the Australian Consumer Act. I will thereby list them: 1) financial loss: we had to cancel our reservation for the 26/12 in Coober Pedy, thus losing it ; 2) financial loss: we will have to book a night in Adelaide on 27/12, which will mean extra costs ; 3) productivity loss : for the price of a direct Greyhound travel from Alice Springs to Adelaide we would have definitely taken a plane, which is in any regard more cost and time efficient then coach travel. The reason we used Greyhound services was the possibility to visit Coober Pedy, which your unilateral and yet unexplained cancellation withheld. For these reasons, and citing article 9.2 of Greyhound Australia terms and conditions of carriage “This clause (refusal of compensations) does not affect any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified”, we expect compensation from Greyhound Australia. This will of course not withhold our rights to sue Greyhound Australia in every appropriate forum for the material and moral prejudice your unilateral and yet unexplained cancellation of service caused.

Well organised, downside is that you can't store your backs at the office because it's a shared office with other companies, they don't have their own space. Renting a locker was pretty expensive, 10 for 3 hours of a large locker.
