VERY RUDE STAFF.I had an appointment there for laser hair removal and came in time. There was nobody in the reception for at least 10 min. Then when one of the staff members finally came, she picked up the phone first that was ringing, instead of helping me. So I had to wait for another 10 min. After she finally finished the call and looked at me without even appologizing. I told her I had appointment. She gave me a long explanation about the products that I should buy. The treatment itself took less than 30 min. I had the impression she wanted to get over with it as quickly as possible. She went very fast with the laser through all the areas. I've had the laser treatment a couple of times in different places before and it was always much longer than in this place. Maybe it's better to put more time into treating properly with the actual laser instead of pushing someone to buy the products.

DONT GO HERE!! Great place to ruin ur face and clean ur wallet. DONT do any acne treatment at this place cuz you cant see any result. I did 6 sessions and my skin became worse and for each session they charged me 150 and what they do just basically pop your acne out and left a permeant scar on it because they want to sell you their scar removeal treatment what a scammer. I told them I cant see result after 6 sessions but they still saying that you need more session and put out some cases saying that some people did 20 sessions to see the result and that 20 sessions gonna cost me more than 3 grand. but what they say before all the session start is that you won't grow any acne before.
They are business institution not a clinic. what they all want to do its to sell their stuff but not solving ur problem.
There has a very very very rude staff who name Dina. I hate her service, I hope the firm can gives her a service training again. PLEASE!
I did laser hair removeal and I waited 4 hours. and they keep trying to sell me their over priced product.
Today is my first time going to Gawler place clinic and the treatments are fantastic. I am very satisfactory this clinic customer services. Michelle is lovely and has given me a tone of suggestion. I'm really fast with the result of laser hair removal treatment, which is effective treatment. Laser hair removal does not hurt as much as waxing and is way quicker. Thanks for the good job!

Nurse Noleen does such an amazing job at injecting and facials! Noleen is informative, experienced and passionate about what she does. She's injected my whole face and not one bruising and the end results are beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice. The clinic itself is modern and clean. I definitely will be continuing on coming back for more.
