My initial meeting with Alex was extremely useful and informative, and I liked his openneness around the costs involved. Alex went into details about the potential risks with a trademark that is not fully and properly protected , as it appears there are many more blind spots than the lay person can envisage. I got a very good impression, and surely a plus, in term of customer relations, is that he stretched the meeting to doubling the time allotted as my GPS went bananas and I arrived some 25 min later.
