Rang The Canberra Psychology Center in September 2020 and put my daughter on the wait list to see a psychologist. Rang this morning to see how far along she is on the wait list as its been 6 months with no corrispondence and they tell my that they have no record of her and would I like to put her name down again, but there is a wait list.

Highly unprofessional! Even if you call to say you can't make it to your very first appointment more then once due to sick kids they'll email you to tell you they have cancelled all subsequent appointments. The staff are so rude! They care about nothing more then money.

Very happy with this place. Caring and professional. High quality report and we were able to thoroughly discuss our sons assessment. Sorry to see some low reviews. This was definitely not our experience here.

Very impressed with the quality of the the report for my child, and the Psychologist who saw him for therapy was excellent. For people complaining about cost, we paid far more than this in Sydney and the report quality was so low we needed to do it again in Canberra. Report quality and professionalism here is HIGH and costs are VERY reasonable.

Receptionists are awfully unreliable! Paid 1,900 for my son’s assessment and result time, you have to keep on calling them to provide you the result! I think its not mu job to keep on calling and coming back and forth to your office regarding the result of my son! Its been more than 3 months! Disgusting unprofessional people! Thank You to the Owner, Jo who made sure everything is sorted out after 4 months. I hope this will never happen to other families. Especially to single mums who are struggling to survive. Thank you

If you're at the point of having to engage with these kinds of services, save yourself the stress and go else where. While the Psychologist we saw was lovely, the after service was atrocious. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, dismissive and blatantly lied to me one more than one occasion. The report was over a month late, with no communication what so ever. I do not recommended them in the slightest.
