Business Guide

It was a choice of two businesses to get my fuel pump overhauled. The first popular Australian diesel place whilst being 100 cheaper had a cocky receptionist and a cocky Facebook page. This wasn’t the case at prime fuel injection and I’d rather pay a bit extra for great customer service. Derek was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with my husband over the phone as the fuel pump was being removed from the car and taken in to the workshop. I dropped off the fuel pump on Monday morning and needed back by close of business on Friday so my husband could put it back on the car over the weekend. It was not ready by close of business for me to pick up, but it was ready on Friday evening and Derek personally travelled to our home to drop the finished pump off. Just to confirm, DEREK DROVE AND DROPPED THE FINISHED PUMP AT OUR HOME! Can you believe it? So husband was able to fit pump back onto car Saturday and it turned over and ran like a dream. I can not recommend this workshop enough for fantastic customer service, quality of work and very fair price. Thank you Derek and your team, it’s been the best service I have received in many years.

The gentleman i spoke to today was more than happy to assist me with my Toyota injection pump offering free advice and recommendations before bringing it in to the store. He was very knowledgeable and I will conduct all future testing and rebuilds through them.

WENT TO BOSH SHOP TODAY, TO ASK FOR A QUOTE FOR MY CAR TO BE FIXED. WHEN ENTERED THE SHOP DEREK WAS TALKING TO ANOTHER CUSTIMER, WHEN FINISHED WITH THE CUSTIMER THE PHONE RANG, HE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TALKED WITH SOMEONE WHO OBVIOUSLY KNOWS WELL. I WAIGHTED AT THE RECEPTION FOR GOOD 20 MINUTES, AND THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN NOTICED WE WERE IN FRONT OF HIM. WHEN THE CONVERSATION STARTED TO BE CASUAL WITH THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE, I REALISED THAT I WASN'T VERY WELCOMED IN HIS SHOP, AS HE DIDN'T EVEN AKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE. I FELT SO LOW WITH THE IGNORANT ATTITUDE FROM THIS PERSON THAT I LEFT HIS SHOP. MY WIFE "THANKED HIM FOR THE THE GREAT SERVICE", ON WHICH HE JUST GAVE HER A BLUNT LOOK, LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE.
