Since the new owners took over at the beginning of this year, the work standards have increased dramatically. The customer service is outstanding and the turn around time on orders is half the time it use to be. Excellent quality of work and the prices are better than ever!
The new owners @ AAEP did an excellent job on our parts for our offroad race truck. Once we told them what it was for they were more than happy to achieve our goals even though we had some parts which exceeded the normal size limits. They did the job in great time also was like a 3 day turn around which was great!

This company will not guarantee their work. they did a job and it was not discovered that it was crap until I used the parts that where in a carton. They then claimed that they did not do the job. The shop floor supervisor only reckoned he did not do the job when the boss intervened Then claimed he had never seen me or the job. Moral do not take these shonky platers for granted and inspect the job before you take it away other wise they will not stand by their work. I advise to use other zinc platers as the jobs are not very good any way. Cheers
I noticed that they weren"t much on Quality guarantee messed a couple of my CNC and manual milled aluminum (expensive) parts by jamming them onto the anode pegs; scratched them, charged me full price despite the damage, and lack of care, twice had to accept low quality for a price that should have reflected the care they assured me i would get, never went back, small lots tend to go through with large commercial orders, and can end up not decorative but dull looking, (burnt matt finish) ruined from a decorative perspective, large orders determine the run times, god looks after the small jobbing lots
Never seen or heard such disgraceful customer service. Would never recommend this company.
