NOW CLOSED - Moved to 592 - 600 Prospect Rd Kilburn (from late March 2020). Vastly improved shopping experience with helpful staff and the ability to buy online & pick up without a freight charge (like the old outlet). The Main Nth road outlet is closed with no signs or message on website to redirect

Unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. The staff made me feel like I was putting them out of their way asking for prices. They were more interested in watching videos on their phone. Think I'll continue ordering online, cheaper and better service.

Would honour some of the online prices but not all. I was happy to wait for delivery so just ordered online and got a significantly better deal. Were pleasant enough to talk to on the phone. To the owners of this business, I would say if you want to call yourself a 4WD Supacentre stockist, then you should honour ALL their online prices. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back.

This distributor prefers to courier with a company named 'Couriers Please' who are horribly notorious for being careless, tardy and rough with items despite fragile labelling. Ordered items on 6th, shipped on 7th arrived in my city on 9th, delivered to my house on the 16th. No doorbell or knock and both parcels were dented and damaged. Not happy at all.

The items are competitively priced however if you want to go into a physical store you'll still be charged the post and packing fee even though you're collecting the item which is a cross between ridiculous and rip off. They also spam your inbox with daily offers.

My dad loves it, been here twice. Staff are super helpful. Prices are good

Prices are same as online as mentioned earlier but warranty claims are easier cause you can just go in store, assuming they are close. For some items tho this isn't really a selling point. Customer service is no better than online they can rarely tell you anymore info than is on the online pages. More often than not I view items there and buy online I hope they can work on product knowledge and customer service, the store has a lot more potential, and this is only reason I've given 3 stars not 2
